From small cars for the city to high-class models - vibe conjures up the right vehicle for everyone from its cross-brand vehicle pool. And it also offers an all-round carefree package.
After rapid growth and the phasing out of its previous finance solution, vibe was looking for a Salesforce app that would enable it to accelerate payment processes and fully automate the reconciliation of transactions and invoices.
Michael Weber, Head of IT and Digital at vibe, came across millio during his search and after an extensive test phase, vibe decided to use the Salesforce-native online banking app.
In our interview, he talks about what has improved for vibe thanks to millio and which companies he recommends millio to.
Michael, what was your starting situation before millio?
We had been using an external solution, but it was discontinued. So we searched the AppExchange for a suitable banking solution that automates payment reconciliation and came across millio.
How did you feel when you first started using millio?
The contact was very good right from the start and we were able to test millio extensively. For me personally, setting up the assignment rules was particularly easy.
What has changed for you by using millio?
You no longer have to look at your account every day, that alone is a huge time-saver. And above a certain transaction volume, it simply becomes inefficient to do it manually.
In addition, the collection of deposits requires quick processing, which can be done easily with millio.
What do you like best about millio or what convinced you to use millio?
I was able to set up millio without any problems. The app is simple, but still flexible enough to optimise a lot in your own system. The bank connection was also super easy.
What advice would you give to people who are interested in millio but are still hesitant?
Sceptics should simply try out millio. The flexible licensing model of millio without a minimum contract period also provides security.
Would you recommend millio and if so, to whom?
Yes, I would generally recommend millio to companies with high transaction volumes, but also to those who simply find their payment reconciliation tedious and no longer want to do it manually, even if it only takes place three or four times a month. And of course all Salesforce agencies, so that their customers can also benefit from millio.
