Our story

This is why millio exists

After years of experience in Salesforce consulting and numerous implementation projects, our founder Timo, who places a high value on efficient, sensible processes, noticed one process that many customers were always failing at: reconciling invoices and incoming payments.

Checking whether customers have paid their invoices and comparing the purpose, amount and invoice data is still done manually in a surprisingly large number of companies. This means logging into the bank's online banking interface, checking incoming payments, logging out. Over and over again. This process is time-consuming and error-prone.

Timo knew there was a better way. So he programmed a Salesforce application that integrates online banking and related business processes with the company's Salesforce CRM system.

"I quickly realised that millio had a lot of potential across all industries, regardless of company size, and that it was attracting a lot of interest - not just from our existing consulting customers," Timo concludes, and decided to make millio available to other companies via the AppExchange.
