What is millio?
What is millio?
millio is the first Salesforce-native online banking app for your company. Intuitive. Efficient. And secure. With millio, you can easily integrate your entire business banking into your Salesforce organisation to keep track of all your business accounts and organise common banking processes directly in your CRM system to make better financial decisions for your company in the long term.
Ok. Standard marketing answer. But what do you get out of it in everyday life?
millio brings all your online banking from your countless bank portals into a single interface: namely into your Salesforce. millio is therefore the direct connection to all your bank accounts. And it allows you to do everything you can do in the online banking portals of your banks. Only in Salesforce. And that saves time. And with fewer errors. And with less clicking and authentication. And it allows you to automate many manual processes, such as filling in transfer forms. So online banking, only better? Yes. And even a little more.
At millio, we want to empower you and your team to optimise manual banking processes so that you can be part of digitalisation without much effort. Because we believe that digitalisation should be simple. We see ourselves as a banking app for future-proof and digital companies that have understood how important efficient and automated processes are in really EVERY area of a company.
And we want to help you and your team to make good and sustainable financial decisions for your company in the future. Because only those who have all the information transparently available in one place and at a glance can make sensible decisions.
How exactly do we do all this with millio? From here on you can find out:
How does millio work?
millio itself provides a Salesforce-native environment. You can easily load the app into your Salesforce system via the Salesforce AppExchange. Then decide for yourself which banks and accounts you want to display and connect in Salesforce, which transactions you want to import and who is allowed to see which information.
The retrieval of your account information and the triggering of transactions is handled by our interface partner finAPI. millio itself does not store any of your data, but forwards the information unprocessed but encrypted.
What functions does millio offer?
millio not only brings your online banking into your Salesforce environment. With the app, you can also optimise your entire payment and invoicing process.
MULTIBANKING
First of all, with millio you have all your German and Austrian bank accounts at a glance. You can also see how much money you have available in each bank account. AND: You can even integrate your Paypal business accounts.
In addition, the connection of further European banks is being planned, so that you will soon be able to display accounts in other European countries in millio. To stay up to date, follow us on LinkedIn!
TRANSACTION OVERVIEW
Import all transactions of your bank accounts into your Salesforce org. Or filter them according to your desired criteria and display only the account transactions you want to see.
A good example of this would be salary payments, which may not be obvious to everyone in the transaction overview. Simply filter them out according to your specifications.
Probably the coolest feature: AUTOMATED PAYMENT MATCHING
Waiting for a payment from a particularly important customer? Instead of logging into your online banking portal over and over again and checking your accounts, you can be informed directly in your Salesforce-Org about the incoming payment!
Via notification, millio shows you that the app was able to assign an incoming payment to a customer invoice that exists in your system. The allocation takes place, for example, via a specific invoice number and the amount. Or you decide yourself on the basis of which criteria the allocation should be made.
Practical, isn't it? This saves you a lot of time that you can use for more important tasks.
And it gets even better: if you use the mobile Salesforce app, you also receive the notification on your mobile phone or smartwatch. So you always know about your incoming payments - no matter where you are.
An important note: You don't organise your invoicing processes in Salesforce yet? We have a solution for that: With cloudworx, we have a Salesforce implementation partner at our side who knows a lot about process optimisation and can easily help you set up a simple, effective invoicing process in Salesforce that is tailored to your business processes.
MAKE BANK TRANSFERS
You can also pay your own invoices directly from Salesforce. For example, by bank transfer.
Thanks to the button on the account level, you can open a transfer mask with a click; all important transfer information is already pre-filled. The bank data of the recipient is taken from the respective account. You only have to enter the bank data once. This reduces errors in everyday life.
You want to initiate a transfer only once without creating an account in your system? No problem! You can create a one-time, manual transfer directly in millio and send it to your bank. And you can explicitly select from which of your bank accounts the amount is to be debited.
Logging into your online banking portals for transfers? Fortunately, that's history with millio.
COLLECT DIRECT DEBITS
You can manage not only transfers but also direct debits in your Salesforce. You can easily create and transmit outgoing payment records.
In your own customer portal, you can also give your customers, partners or service providers the opportunity to store their account data and issue you with a SEPA direct debit mandate in just a few minutes.
With the transfer of the mandate ID, you can then create direct debits - as well as transfers - in millio and transmit them to your bank.
CONTROLLING
Your controlling in particular benefits from the Salesforce-native design of the app. You can use the familiar reporting tools and displays that Salesforce has to offer. This means you always have the most important key figures in view and save a lot of time when creating your reports.
You see: millio can support numerous processes and take over and automate many manual tasks.
