What is Salesforce CPQ and where is the tool used?

CPQ is a general term and stands for "Configure, Price, Quote". CPQ describes the sales process that takes place in many companies - from the configuration of the offer (Configure) to pricing (Price) to sending the offer to the customer (Quote). Salesforce CPQ helps your salespeople and back office do their daily work by automating your sales and quoting processes to close deals faster.
